Strawberry Bud Muffins
Strawberry bud muffins are like finding buried treasure in warm comfort of a tropical island. This recipe is yummy.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine kosher salt
1 egg
1/4 cup melted marijuana butter
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F. and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
Grab a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt. Form a well in the middle of the dry mix.
Grab a small bowl and mix the egg, milk and marijuana butter. Pour liquid mix into the well of the dry mix. Stir until a little lumpy. Fold in the strawberries. Pour into muffin tin, each one about 3/4 full and no more.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
